Dr. Marissa Sandidge
Hi! I'm Dr. Sandidge. I am board-certified pediatric dentist, originally from Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. I have great memories hanging out at The Atlanta Beach, cheering at University of Georgia games, and visiting The World of Coca-Cola, but my favorite memory by far is marrying my best friend, Nate.
Nate and I met at the University of Georgia (that's right, Go Dawgs!) where I earned my bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I completed my doctoral degree in Dental Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia and my master's degree in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Michigan. I am a certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
I feel so blessed to have completed my residency at the University of Michigan because it provided extensive hospital, clinical and research experience. My master's degree thesis focused on children with autism and provided me with a unique perspective on how to transition children to be confident, adult dental patients.
Nate and I moved to Nashville in 2016, and we cannot be happier with that decision! During our time here, we have raised a happy-go-lucky dog, Luna, and we now an amazing daughter, Sadie, who is waiting to get her first two teeth in any day now. In my free time, I love to read, practice yoga, and catch music around the city with Nate. I am very excited to serve my community, and l look forward to meeting all of you!
Hi! I'm Micaela. I am a Registered Pediatric Dental Assistant, earnestly seeking my Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification. I love having fun with kids, and I specialize in creative approaches to help children cope with dental fear based on their specific needs.
In my free time, I love to hike, bike, and travel. I currently reside in Hermitage with my husband-to-be, Marshall, and our dog, Milo.

Hi! I'm Alex, your resident kid-at-heart who is currently re-watching Avatar: The Last Airbender. I began working with kids at a summer camp in the foothills of Bozeman, Montana, after my freshman year of college. From counselor to music director, I spent 7 summers being a whimsical and energetic part of the summer programs.
After graduating with a music therapy degree, I started working in the school system within the special education programs. I helped teach kids about flexible thinking and to not give up when things got hard. I then took a different direction to learn how to manage restaurants in the service industry.
The best parts about my experiences have been getting to hang out with the kids and play “I Spy” while the food was cooking. I look forward to making dental visits fun and enjoyable. And if there's time, maybe we could play a game or two to make the wait go by more quickly before your dental visit!
